The models are the best they have; all the other apartments are second-rate at best. • Since I was there there was 3 new “Community Directors” and new property maintenance people. There was dog kibble under the washer and a rawhide bone behind the dryer. There was cat pee stained on the balcony screen. Luckily my daughter didn’t have an allergic reaction. But someone in management should have known about animals in this unit.

I am a vegetarian, so I don’t cook a lot on the stove. But when I moved out one year later the management team charged me for replacing those drip pans that were nasty when I got in. I might have cooked 40 times on that stove for the entire year I was there. And what I was cooking didn’t leave black piles of goop in the drip pans. Look for the Grandview about five minutes west of downtown Colorado Springs along East Pikes Peak Ave near North Circle Drive.

There is a large dog park in the center of the apartments which I only utilized briefly, but it is well maintained. Upgrades to the units would for sure take this place to the next level, but until that can be done I would say this is a great starter apartment.
