People have stolen my plants from my porch area and some man tried to kick our door down. There was also a gas leak from our heater and when the gas company refused to repair it and instead suggested a complete new one the owners refused to pay that amount. Every place will have its ups and downs but they will try to help as much as they can.

Park Hill is also just 10 miles away from one of Colorado Springs’ most popular attractions, the Garden of the Gods, a picturesque natural area.
